Introduction

Information Universe dedicates itself to creating and organizing information so it can be easily and quickly found, be it in books, journals, online archives or other forms of publication. Access, accuracy, and readability are what you can expect from Information Universe. We serve both aerospace companies and publishers looking for document management solutions, technical and business writing, and online research. What we are creating is a low-tech and affordable document management solution for small and medium size businesses.

Document management and indexing

We provide fast access to manuals, documentation and other information sources critical to customer services and technical support. Imagine a customer service or technical support representative checking a customer's technical question and not finding the answer because that information was not in the index or table of contents. With a professionally written index or other access tool, your personnel will find the answer they need when they need it. We seek to improve your customer service and support by providing better access to information sources, accurate information and readable documents that provide a professional image for your company. Our company has a solid background in documentation management systems, library science, aerospace technology and online research. Our family business has been involved in the space community since 1989 and has been involved in both non-profit organizations and commercial space projects.

Online research

We began information research services and library design services in 1988 and am now offering both online and print information access solutions. We provide online and library research on both the internet, specialized databases and both local (Los Angeles area) and internet accessible library collections. We also have an extensive private (non-circulating) collection of aerospace materials on which fact-finding and other types of searches can also be based on.
